Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game and everything in it, including characters, artwork, music, text and code, belong to QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Game, except where the law allows it.
Rewards and paid items
Coins, experience and other items in the Game have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred. You receive a limited licence to use them in the Game; you do not own them. This version of the Game has no paid items. If we add in-app purchases, we will update these Terms before they are offered; purchases would be handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms.
Advertising
The Game may show optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. A reward is given only when you watch the ad to the end. You can play without watching ads. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for advertisers' products or websites. How ad data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Your data and progress
Your progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the Game, clear its data, use Settings > Delete local save or change devices, it may be lost and we cannot restore it.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified versions, tamper with the Game, or use it for anything unlawful. If you do, we may stop providing the Game to you.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the Game or any part of it. If we stop the Game completely we will give reasonable notice where possible.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support-lowiz@lfbe.io. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
App stores
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game; claims about the Game are our responsibility, not Apple's; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the store's own terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the version above and, for important changes, ask you to accept the new Terms in the Game. If you keep using the Game after that, you accept the updated Terms.
