Information used by the Game
Game data on your device: your Adventure and Showdown progress, level, coins, selected wizard, settings (language, sound, zoom) and a record of when you accepted these documents are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
Advertising data: the Game shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google and its ad partners may receive your device's advertising identifier, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Ads are requested only after the consent step that applies in your region.
Policy documents check: when the Game starts, it downloads the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy over HTTPS from this website and keeps a copy on your device so you can read them offline. The website host may process routine request records such as your IP address and request time. The request contains no account identifier and no game data.
Technical data: the Unity game engine receives basic technical information (such as device model, operating system and app version) so that the Game runs properly.
E-mails you send us: if you contact support, we receive your e-mail address and what you write.
Why we use it
To run the Game on your device; to show optional rewarded ads that give extra in-game rewards, and to measure ads and prevent ad fraud (our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it); to show you the current legal documents; to answer your requests and comply with the law.
Advertising and your choices
EEA, UK and Switzerland: before personalised ads are requested, the Game shows Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time with the Ad privacy options button in Settings. The button appears only where the law requires it.
Other regions: you can limit personalised ads by resetting or deleting the advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone and iPad, use of the advertising identifier also depends on your tracking permission in system settings.
You can play Adventure and Showdown without watching any ad.
Who receives information
Google (AdMob) for ads and Unity Technologies for the game engine receive the data described above under their own privacy policies. Our website host processes routine request records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not receive it from the ad providers.
Storage and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you remove it. You can delete it at any time with Settings > Delete local save, or by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data. Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore deleted or lost data. Information held by Google for ads is governed by Google's privacy information; you can manage it in your device and Google account ad settings. Support e-mails are kept only as long as needed to answer you and meet legal duties, then deleted. See the Delete my data page for details.
Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 or older, or older where your country's law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from younger children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Google, Unity and our hosting provider may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. They apply their own safeguards and policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Because the Game keeps no personal data on our systems, most of these choices are made on your device as described above. For anything else, contact support-lowiz@lfbe.io. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Website use
The information website has no account, contact form, advertising or analytics scripts. Your language choice may be saved in your browser's local storage. The hosting provider may process routine request records such as IP address, browser details and access time to deliver and secure the site.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the version above. For important changes the Game asks you to review and accept the documents again.
